Husqvarna 440 Petrol Chainsaw has been developed for domestic and part-time users looking for that extra touch of power and performance. The chainsaw is a light and efficient model which comes with an X-Torq engine for low emissions and better fuel economy. The X-torq engine also offers a high level of professional power and performance. Further features include a centrifugal air cleaning system for less wear on the machine while offering more time between filter cleaning, and a combined choke/stop switch for easy engine start-up.

Husqvarna 440 II Chainsaw also features some ergonomic features such as a fuel pump and SmartStart easy engine start-up with minimal effort and less stress on the pull cord. Felling marks to the chainsaw body also help when aiming for improved felling precision. Finishing touches include an inertia chain brake for better chain safety, LowVib technology for improved operating comfort and lower levels of vibration, and a visible fuel level to see when a top-up is needed.
